PTI/Rutgers University Spring CGCIO™ Program

Please complete this application for the 2027-2028 Spring CGCIO™ Program offered by the Public Technology Institute (PTI) and Rutgers University Center for Government Services. Classes begin on March 10, 2027, and run through February 2028. PTI staff will contact you directly regarding your application.

This nationally recognized program equips government technology professionals with the requisite tools to enhance and demonstrate their leadership skills, enabling them to best manage their organization. 

During this 12-month program, we will address: Leadership styles, Communicating for results, Managing change, Assessing organizational effectiveness, and more 

All classes are presented virtually, with two full-day mandatory classes at the start and end of the program and ten monthly two-hour class discussions.
