2027 WRITA Spring Conference & Exhibition Attendee Terms and Conditions
NOTICE OF MEDIA RECORDING AND USE OF LIKENESS
During any and all parts of the 2027 WRITA Spring Conference & Exhibition, photographs and/or recordings (both audio and video) may be taken by WRITA and/or others on behalf of WRITA. By attending and participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that your likeness – including image, voice, statements and other identifying characteristics – may be captured in photographs and recordings (both audio and video). You grant WRITA permission to use these materials in promotional publications, on its website, in media, in videos and/or awareness publications, without compensation to the subjects.
ATTENDEE RECORDINGS & PHOTOS
Attendees, Speakers and Exhibitors are encouraged to network and enjoy the in-person experience. As such, capturing memories of casual conference activities and networking is permitted with the permission of those being prominently photographed. Photographing or recording speaker presentations is forbidden without permission from the speaker.
PAYMENT
Your registration is not complete until full payment is received. All registration fees are due prior to the start of the conference. All fees are accepted in US dollars only. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are the preferred method of payment, but check is also accepted.
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your online registration which can serve as your invoice. If a separate invoice is needed, please email
[email protected] after registering, to have one sent to you.
Your attendee name and invoice number must appear on all mailed payments in order for payment to be accurately applied to your account. Checks must be received by March 10, 2027, or you will be required to finalize registration by credit card (unless an alternative payment agreement is reached).

LATE FEES
A $25 late fee will be applied to any unpaid invoice more than 30 days past due. An additional $50 late fee will be assessed on any unpaid invoices after the cancellation deadline of March 10, 2027, regardless of registration status. Attendance may be withheld if payment is not received in full prior to the start of the event.
CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
Cancellation requests that are received by March 10, 2027, will receive a refund of registration fees less a $50.00 USD fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 10, 2027. Persons who do not show up for the event will be responsible for the entire registration fee.

Should circumstances beyond our control necessitate event postponement or cancellation, notification will be posted on the WRITA website. Please refer to www.writa.us for more information. We will also notify via email to all those who registered. At the discretion of WRITA, all or part of your original registration fee may be refundable or applied toward a future event.
Transfer of registration can be arranged for no additional fee. To transfer your registration to another individual, please email
