This sponsorship includes one day pass, giving you a direct way to connect with attendees while your branding remains in view throughout the event. The conference purchases and prints the lanyards, ensuring a consistent presentation for every attendee.

    Add your logo to the conference badge, giving your brand visibility throughout the event, and include one day pass with the package.

  • Conference Wi-Fi Sponsor $5000 [1 remaining]

    Keep attendees connected throughout GOVIT with exclusive recognition as the conference Wi-Fi sponsor. This sponsorship also includes a one-day pass, giving you a visible presence at the conference while supporting the connection attendees rely on all day.

  • Leadership Summit Lunch Sponsor $5000 [1 remaining]

    Leadership Summit Lunch Sponsorship places your brand in front of attendees during the opening GOVIT experience, with your logo on the main screen and a brief microphone welcome. The package also includes one day pass.

  • Symposium Lunch Sponsor $4000 [2 remaining]

    As a Symposium Lunch Sponsor, your company is seen by attendees during one of GOVIT’s shared meal experiences, placing your brand in a setting where conversation naturally happens. This sponsorship also includes one day pass.

  • Happy Hour Sponsor $4000 [1 remaining]

    Put your brand in a high-traffic location attendees will see throughout the conference with floor decals. This sponsorship includes one day pass, giving you a practical way to be present on-site while your brand remains visible throughout the event.

  • Coffee Break Sponsor $2000 [3 remaining]

    Sponsor one of three scheduled coffee breaks and connect your brand with a welcome pause in the GOVIT day.
    Includes one day pass.

  • Swag Distribution $1500

    Put your branded item directly into the hands of GOVIT attendees. Drop it off, bring it with you or mail it to us, and we’ll handle distribution. Does not include conference admission.

Additional Booth Staff Day Pass

Need more team members at your booth? Add a one-day pass for additional booth staff. Each pass is valid for one person on one conference day only and cannot be transferred or shared between staff members.

Please review your sponsorship selections carefully before purchasing additional day passes. Most sponsorships include one complimentary day pass, and exhibit tables include two full-conference passes. Enter below only the number of additional $300 day passes you need beyond those already included with your selections.

Terms and Billing

GOVIT SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice, based on the date the agreement is sent by Fusion Learning Partners or registration is completed, whichever is earlier.

Payments not received within 60 days of the invoice date will incur a one-time 1.5% late fee.

Credit card payments may include a disclosed processing surcharge as permitted by applicable law and card-network rules. Check and ACH payments have no additional processing fee.

No Sponsorship benefits will be fulfilled until full payment is received. Payments not received prior to October 15, 2026, may result in delay of GOVIT benefits and exhibit placement until 2027.

CANCELLATION

Once a Sponsorship has been paid for, cancellation will result in forfeiture of payments as follows:

50% of the total cost of the Sponsorship if cancellation occurs within one month of agreement or October 15, 2026, whichever comes first, provided no benefits have yet been fulfilled.

100% of the total cost of the Sponsorship if cancellation occurs on or after October 15, 2026, more than one month after the agreement date, or fulfillment of the first benefit, whichever comes first.

Cancellation also results in forfeiture of any complimentary conference passes, add-ons, and other benefits associated with the Sponsorship.

If weather or other circumstances beyond our control require GOVIT to be postponed or canceled, Sponsorship benefits will be applied to a rescheduled event where appropriate. If the event cannot be rescheduled, PTI may shift benefits to comparable opportunities.

SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sponsor is responsible for providing required logos, materials, attendee information, approvals, session information, swag, and other requested items by established deadlines. PTI/Fusion Learning Partners is not responsible for missed or reduced benefits resulting from late or incomplete Sponsor submissions. Unused benefits are not refundable.

All Sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability and applicable event, venue, production, and programming requirements.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Sponsorship provides opportunities for visibility, engagement, networking, and education. PTI/Fusion Learning Partners does not guarantee attendance, leads, views, engagement, sales, revenue, or any particular return on investment.

SPEAKING AND CONTENT

Sponsored presentations must provide educational value and may not include sales pitches, product demonstrations, or advertisements. PTI may review topics, speakers, descriptions, slides, and other content and may require reasonable changes to ensure alignment with GOVIT program standards.

SPONSOR MATERIALS

Sponsor confirms that it has the necessary rights to any logos, images, presentations, promotional materials, or other content it provides and grants PTI/Fusion Learning Partners permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to fulfill and promote the Sponsorship.

Sponsor may identify itself as a GOVIT Sponsor but may not use PTI, GOVIT, or Fusion Learning Partners names or marks in a way that implies endorsement.

STAFF

During events, Sponsor representatives must wear their event name badge and lanyard at all times while at the conference facility. Only staff included in sponsorship benefits are allowed to register and attend the events under the complimentary Sponsor benefit. Additional staff may register in accordance with specific event registration terms, conditions, availability, and pricing.


PRIVACY AND ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Attendee information is provided only when expressly included as a Sponsorship benefit and only to the extent attendees have authorized its disclosure. Sponsor may use any provided information only for its own lawful business communications and may not sell or transfer it to another organization.

LIABILITY AND PROPERTY

Sponsor is responsible for its representatives, materials, and property. PTI, Fusion Learning Partners, and the event venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Sponsor property except as required by law. Sponsor agrees to comply with applicable event and venue requirements.

CONDUCT AND TERMINATION

PTI may suspend or terminate Sponsorship benefits for nonpayment, material violation of these terms, misuse of attendee information or intellectual property, violation of event or venue requirements, unlawful or unsafe conduct, or material disruption of the event. Fees are not refundable when Sponsorship is terminated because of Sponsor breach.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
